Andy Murray goes past Roger Federer with much ease

Andy Murray demolished Roger Federer in what was being billed as a mouth watering semi-final between the two in the Shanghai Masters. Everyone was expecting a closely fought the match with not much to chose from between the two. But the spectators and the millions of fans were in for quite a surprise when they saw Andy Murray comfortably dismantling Roger Federer and easing past him into the finals of the tournament.

Andy Murray has so far played 12 matches in the Shanghai Masters and has won all of them. But though the win was a great one, his work is not yet complete for the man has a final to play and win and that is not going to be an easy ride. He will now be facing Novak Djokovic in the final who is now currently the number two player in Men’s Tennis. He too is in equally good form as he beat Tomas Berdych in straight sets to book his place in the finals. This match, between Murray and Djokovic is going to be quite an interesting one as both the players will be going full throttle for victory and choosing one over another will be quite a difficult task.

Though the match will be played in not its traditional countries, the game will be watched by millions of supporters throughout the world who cannot quite get enough of this rivalry. With Rafael Nadal out with injury problems, there is very little that separates the three giants of men tennis-Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray.

Andy Murray dismantled Roger Federer as he beat him very comfortably to take his place in the finals. It is being observed that in the absence of Rafael Nadal, the power is shifting from him and Federer to Djokovic and Murray. Roger Federer looked extremely harried and out of sorts from the very first point of the match itself. Andy Murray was seen feasting on Federer’s second serve, something which was considered to be a deadly weapon in his arsenal. What remains to be seen is if Murray can carry this phenomenal form and beat Djokovic in the finals or will he succumb at the final steps.
